I had a fantastic experience with the Kirkland Terra Staffing office. Mandy and Ryan were fantastic recruiters who asked very detailed questions to make sure that they find the job that will be best for you. I received an offer of FT employment less than a week after meeting with them. I cannot recommend this staffing agency enough! Just make sure that you let them know what companies you are interested in working for and what type of job you are looking for. They don't specialize in everything. Thank you so much Mandy!

Great staffing agency if your looking for immediate job placement. They have plenty of Jobs to pick and choose. They also pay weekly. Jobs may not be for the long term for most but it definitely helps it your in transition on some set backs. Shout out to the staffing team for being so communicative and touching base on general job opportunities. Great staffing agency. Toryn is a good staff member she is very helpful.

They give a temp to hire position and pull you off every 2-3 days. Was not paid for my past assignment and had to escalate to a lengthy L&I claim. As you know know, that's obviously illegal. I recommend Tukwila or Tacoma. They are way too careless here.

I had to quit a job. Mandy the recruiter who placed me at the job, even when I converted to permanent, said I should save her \face\ by not quitting, which I did go ahead and quit without notice. I know that's not generally the way to leave a company but I felt I was being taken advantage of by my supervisor and had to. Things were coming up in the week that were already overwhelming me and I was so stressed out that Mandy said to talk to someone and then quit. But she isn't in anyone's shoes, but hers. I felt I was placed in the job where Mandy had no idea what the job was, the job title, and they even cut my hours back while I was a temp, from 8 hours/day to 6 hours/day, no explanation from Mandy. Now I won't get submitted by Terra Staffing any longer; I submitted for a few jobs and never heard from them. She's badmouthed me is what I believe, for quitting a job that severely stressed me out for the months that I was there. She could only say that I had to save her \face\ after I went permanent and she no longer had anything to do with my job; she didn't make sense on all levels but I called Terra right before quitting to look for another and got her on the phone, that's why I talked with her again. Sorry Mandy but I think you should be careful what you tell people the next time you place them in a job since you couldn't tell me a thing about the job you were placing me in other than it might go permanent.
