I lost my wedding ring so ended up shopping online and several jewelry stores in Bellevue and Kirkland. After all that shopping, I've decided this store definitely has the best prices. They are also the only shop I found capable of doing in house design and resizing. Ask for Stephanie Smith, their talented jewelry designer. She has great taste.

Recently went here with my fiancé to pick up an engagement ring. They had awesome service! They were very happy for us and were very helpful in suggesting and having me try on different ring settings and different stones as well. It was very prompt service. We came in on Wednesday and was able to pick up our completed and appraised ring on Saturday. Rose is great! They even stayed within our budget and went out of their way to find deals for us. We'll be sure to go here for our wedding bands when the time comes as well.

Went here hoping to sell some jewelry and this shop took really good care of me, telling me about other stores that could also buy jewelry (for more!) and about how to get the most money out of it. They were helpful, informative, and honest. Highly recommend!

INTEGRITY COUNTS! I had a great experience at Warren's Jeweler's today. They had done a repair on my watch clasp and Mark showed me how I can prevent it from going out of adjustment. I then asked about the cost of resizing my wedding ring as it was hard to remove and occasionally very uncomfortable. Mark had my ring cleaned before examining it to give me a price. In the mean time he was measuring me for the correct size. He asked me questions about when I last wore it and how I put it on and off. Well, as it turns out, he said I don't need my ring sized,! I just need to change my technique. Imagine that! I already knew they do beautiful design work but Mark reaffirmed for me that I can trust Warren's to give great service as well as the highest level of integrity.

I found my way to Warren Jewelers because I needed a silver ring polished. Several other jewelers I contacted were unwilling just to polish the ring even though I said I would pay! When I talked to Stephanie at Warren Jewelers she said, “Sure! We can do that!” They polished my silver ring at no charge and I wound up talking to her about a project ring from my Grandmother that I wanted to change but wasn’t sure how! The process was surprisingly fun and easy. Stephanie made suggestions and I tried on rings in the store until we found a design I liked. They waited for me to gather other old gold from my family that they melted and turned into a new, beautiful, more comfortable setting of my Grandmother’s ring for a fair price! I'm happy I found them and I would go back for honest advise, expertise, and customer service.
