I've been trying to get service at my address for about 6 months. I have a pole in my yard with wave cable on it. My neighbors on both sides have cable. I can see the F connector right up there. Just run me a line guys! Nobody can be bothered to call me back or initiate any type of service. Unprofessional and unresponsive. I wish there was another alternative.

Have cables on my driveway, a broken pole and cannot get anyone responsible to solve the problem an provide service. We've been good paying customers for over 20 years. Don't know what the management problem is. Can't recommend WAVE until big changes made

I thought it was a very good internet provider with good speed. But since one day, the internet connection frequently lost in my area (MI, WA), and it became worse recently. It may lost internet from one midnight to next day afternoon. Thinking many people are WFH now, I don't think WaveG is even functional for these people. I wish WaveG could explain what is the actual reason for the frequent internet disconnections, and when it can be well fixed.

Agent on the phone put down the wrong address. Charged me extra fees for there never being internet connected at this address, then when the technician came he called and we realized the first agent made a mistake. The technician then realized there was already service here so they could have turned it on remotely. I called to reverse the charges and they refused, saying it is non-negotiable even if it was their mistake. I argued that this was not right, and they just kept copy-pasting the same response. They don't care about people or customers. They had an opportunity to show good customer service, and they absolutely failed.

We own four businesses. Two of our businesses have Century Link at with no problems. We unfortunately have Wave at the other two businesses (already there when we purchased the existing businesses). Its been nothing short of terrible. Internet and phone interruptions. Of course when the internet and phone is down, we are loosing money. Wave does not care, they do not offer refunds on the bill for their interrupted service. They basically say \sorry\. It might be ok for home use and tv but for businesses; do not sign up with Wave. We will be moving to Century Link once the contract is expired.
