Went in to look at ski boot options and get fitted. Chris (ski/board department), was phenomenal. I have been skiing for 10 years and still managed to learn something new from Chris. Super informative and helpful. Awesome attitude and willing to help. Never felt pressured into purchasing anything but I still ended up snagging a new pair of ski boots. Would recommend 10/10

Great place to buy Patagonia products. I very much appreciated all the extra help Debbie provided while shopping. She was very helpful explaining the return process because I was buying a gift. Very wide selection and lots to choose from.

Great store selection and the staff offers plenty of experience to speak to in helping find what you need!

This is arguably the most helpful store I've ever been in. They actually have people walking around to see what you're interested in. It's not even a sales push, just good conversation and honest answers. I've only made one small purchase, (would have made more but there was limited items after the pandemic), but each visit I gained a ton of information about the products and local spots to use them. Special shout-out to the Kayak department, super helpful for getting me started.
