I was looking for a affordable commuter car under 10k, I found a 2012 focus sel at this place and booked a test drive. After enjoying the drive we worked on the price and I got a very good deal on a great car. This was my first time buying a car and it was very smooth ( no real hard selling tactics)
We had a terrific experience at Kiro. My girlfriend and I were looking for a used car for her to take to work. We were working with a budget and had some pretty specific requirements. Corona and the sales team were more than accommodating , professional and polite. They found us the deal we were looking for. We've been to many dealerships over the last couple of weeks and Kiro has been by far the best, Corona and the guys went out of their way to make buying a used car as enjoyable as possible. Roberto & his Finance manager who seem to be the only ones operating the dealership are some respectable professionals. I work in the car business as an internet sales manager. I already blew out of a dealer earlier who was being unethical & I was upfront of my employer. We came here on extremely short notice. The car was clean like it was washed same day. Our car is lower on miles. 60K same year as other dealer with 30K less miles. They sold us the advertised price which is what we wanted! They strongly encouraged a test drive. Thank you gentleman for giving used car sales a good name. Give them a call!
Shady Dealings and Reviews may not be what they seem, I went here to look at a vehicle and all looked ok. I returned days later with my wife to check it out, they could not locate the vehicle, I overheard a conversation that one employee lent it out to a friend. The salesman tried to lie to me, when I told him I overheard the conversation, he did not know what to say. I asked if it was normal to lend cars for sale out to friends, he hesitated and said, "no, not usually" but seemed like he was lying. He told me, I will call you when it comes in. I asked if there would be a lower price and he said no. I said, its being used, miles are being put on it. He said "not many, the price will not go lower". He said 2 days but called me 4 days later and left a message saying it was available, I called the next day and they said it way sold. Crazy since the first time I saw it until the time they told me it was sold that it was on the lot for more than 7 months. I have checked the website on cars and they change the mileage on the cars but not the price, they also do not mention the mileage unless you do because they are hoping you will take their word on what you see on the website and not manually check when you view the vehicle, for instance you can see 30k miles on the website but when you view the car it could have 35k but the same price tag, If you don't ask or pay attention, you could pay the same price for a car that has 5k more miles on it but never know unless you look. I told him that I did not think it was good business practice, he said, are you interested in any other car here? In the end, they may have some good reviews but I do NOT want to buy from a place that is actively loaning their lot out to their friends.
I was recently fortunate to stumble across the best car dealership by chance. I went to go smoke my 05 Cadillac CTS and my husband and kids were looking at the care that were on car lot. Thankfully the gentleman who smog-ed our car introduced us to a salesman. We were just looking , decided to test drive the 08 Lexus and loved the car that we drove. There was absolutely no pressure, when it came to seeing if we actually wanted to purchase a car. That was a great feeling! We've been to other dealers who were aggressive. Everyone that we came into contact at Kiro Cars was helpful and polite. Our salesman Joseph worked hard to get us into the car we loved. I want to say a million thank to him, owner (who tool time to help us figure out how we would be able to get the at, the finance person and the gentleman who works at the smog area and everyone at Kiro Cars for their kindness. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our purchase. We were able to trade our car for the new one! They have great cars and great service. If you're looking for a no hassle, no pressure, no gimmick car buying experience , this is the place to go! We came as strangers and left as fans.
Warm-hearted friendly people who will do anything to make you feel comfortable. Prices are reasonable. They will buy your car at any condition. Their cars are in very good condition and prices does not jump up when you are to sign. Honest business.
