I ordered vape juice kit and they sent some kind of drink flavoring, sent them a email and they said I got what I order, showed the invoice to prove it. But imagine there invoice was different from the original invoice that I saved. This place is a scam. All the 5 star reviews are probably from family, friends and fake accounts. What are the odds of then not letting me return
I would NOT recommend at all - Placed an order (22nd June) after the Aus Govt announced the nicotine ban with days to spare for aussies to stock up. Order was fast to receive (26th June) - but only received 13% of what we paid for. Followed up to get it solved, as the ban day was fast approaching.. Delosi Labs was super slow to rectify their stuff up. It's taken 7-8 days for them to RESHIP the order on 4th July (hopefully the FULL order this time) - Honestly not good feels about this company throughout this ordeal. Highly stressful and disappointed in the time of need, and can not understand why their eshipment\ for their error has taken so long. - FORTUNATELY, with the ban is postponed for 6 months - hopefully, this reshipment shipped today will arrive soon and be the COMPLETE order this time around.
