The scooter is awesome used it all day never had to recharge it. Simple to use, big enough for me and to carry my 4 year old when he was tired after a day at the park. The customer service is great I changed the delivery and pickup time and they accommodate me every time. Very polite and explained how to use the scooter since it was my first time ever using one. I can’t say better things. I would recommend them 100% And if I ever need them I would call them hands down.

Great service. ECV lasted all day in the 4 parks we used it in. Never had to recharge. Called last minute because I forgot the rental was due back and they were very nice and accommodating. Will definitely use them again!

I would definitely recommend Gateway Rentals to anyone! I had a total knee replacement a few months ago and am relatively new to scooter use. Scott was very helpful with determining what size and type scooter would best meet my needs. Not only did he deliver the scooter directly to me, but he took plenty of time in answering my questions and made sure I knew how to properly take it apart and put it together. The price was extremely competitive and as I saw other scooter rentals around, I noticed that mine was easier to manuever and had a much better turning radius than many others. It was reasonably lightweight so that I could load an unload it with assistance from another friend (my husband could do it by himself). The battery life was excellent. We opened and closed the parks one day and it was still registering a full battery and that was after navigating 3 parks! Most impressive was the customer service. On one particular day, I forgot to bring the key along and our entire group was waiting for me inside the park. Scott hand-delivered a replacement key so that I didn't have to leave and we were even able to coordinate things so that the group was able to get on the rides without a delay. I appreciate his going above and beyond to help make our entire experience in Orlando truly magical. Thank you Gateway Rentals! I appreciate you and all you did to make our vacation run smoothly!
