The employees are astonishing. With everyone they make sure the skates fit snug and help you put them on. They have games or events on the ice everyone can join in no matter your level of experience. One of my favorite things was when they turned on the snow maker for a little bit at the center of the ring. Plus, I think the owner or manager (strong assumption on my part) goes around talking to everyone here to see how they are enjoying themselves. He makes jokes and is very accommodating. Finally, they are Covid-19 conscientious. This is one of the places I felt the safety guidelines was truly put first.

Options are definitely limited for ice skating in Florida, so it's great that they are here and do a pretty good job. It was a ton of fun for the family! The staff was super friendly and gave us a refund when one of our party tried but couldn't skate because their feet hurt. They were a little crowded and the overall atmosphere was a little dingy. No lockers for your shoes, just leave them on the floor when get your skates, it was a little dirty. All in all it was fun, they had good options for young kids, a separate section for beginners, and these little seal toys they could ride on or hold onto to feel safe and comfortable. Those cost extra but they had stacked buckets for free also for stability. Would go back but it could be a little better.

The Ice Factory is awesome! All the staff and coaches are super friendly and passionate! The people there really make it such a welcoming environment where you know they want you to enjoy and get better at skating. I’m taking the Learn to Skate classes and they have been so helpful; I’ve had so much fun learning new skills! I also purchased skates from them and so far, they’re great! I absolutely love going here and will keep going back.

Great locally owned ice rink. Not some huge corporate megaplex. They also serve food and beer in the main area.

We had a really great time! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful... Especially the nice lady at check-in with the super cute nude (color) glitter mask and miniature Santa hat headband and Bill who made sure we were having a great visit... The snacks were nice too!!
