Ruuuude says one thing to customers. You do that thing and the story changes. Then they give you serious attitude. Then you show up to drop off at the time agreed upon. And there is a sign taped to the window that says sorry about your luck. Save yourself the head ache and go somewhere else.

These guys are great. I bought some bulk helium at a decent price. I called around, they definitely had the cheapest price for the size I needed. I hit some traffic and was running late. I called up, let them know, and Angel stuck around a few minutes, after close to wait for me. I really appreciated that.

Vanessas party store isn’t just a party store, they make you feel like a part of the family when planning events they are very helpful and friendly. I needed some ribbons done for my fathers funeral because I ran out and they made a special attempt to come in and have them done early for me. I greatly appreciate their caring efforts and will always use them for my family events ALWAYS!

Worst customer service ever. My husband went to return some chairs, the store was still open and the lady refused to receive them because we were 30 min late, yes the store was still open. She said he had to come back the next day at 11am, my husband got there the next day and they charged him a late fee. The fact that she didn’t accept them the first time is ridiculous. The lady was also really rude. This is not the first time, a family member rented some stuff from them and they were rude and unprofessional. Like another review said, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
