I recently received my custom hood from Kitchen Kandy and I can say without any hesitation, go elsewhere, even if it’s more money. I wish I had! My wife and I found them online and were given an estimated deadline of 6 weeks but also told directly from the owner that it could arrive sooner as we are local. After paying the large deposit, the warm, customer friendly experience we received before placing the order took a very quick turn for the worse. Despite multiple calls and emails requesting updates, I was ignored, received extremely vague responses to my questions and was eventually told to stop calling and that I would get an update when they had one. Had they not had thousands of dollars from me, I would have walked away and gone elsewhere. At the end of the day, the hood turned out fine, but they are a small company (which I would love to have been able to support and recommend) and while they know how to sell, once they have your money, you are nothing but a nuisance to them. Unfortunately for me, part of the excitement of an expensive, custom purchase is the experience and now, every time I look at it, I’m reminded of the absolute horrible customer service. They also require payment in full before you receive the hood. If anything is damaged during transport or not working, good luck getting them to fix it. As I stated at the beginning of my review, in my opinion, even if someone else is more , go elsewhere and whatever you do, add months to your estimated delivery date!

I was so excited when I started my new home remodel. I saw this company on Instagram and contacted them about a hood. A few days later I contacted them again and asked if they can do a sink to match my hood. They said yes, no a problem. I trusted them since they been in the market for a while. After spending over 10,000 in this company they made me regret purchasing the products I ordered. This was the worst contractor I’ve worked with and on top of that their horrible customer services. They only want your money and can careless about you and your satisfaction as a customer. They made me wait over 4 months, which I spent crying out of desperation. Once I received my order I cried even more, the quality of my order was horrendous. I ended up having to buy another sink. Please don’t use them, you will regret it. THEY AREN’T WORTH IT.

Quality is good, but what a headache. For spending 2700 with them, they sure made me feel wrong a lot. I just finished redoing an entire house from 1926 and these guys are laughably the worse contractors we encountered. I wouldn’t recommend them based on their inadequate customer service. SMH... some companies just aren’t worth it.
