Disorganized, they don’t honor reservations, split our group up. Wait time is HIGHLY misrepresented. Waited 1 1/2hr passed our reservation time. Parking lot is a mess with no guidance Not enough buses! Over crowded van/ bus during Covid!!!!!!! Are they Kidding me!!! couldn’t get off bus!

first of all, never been in such a poorly taken care kayak in my life. No foot grips, seats were terrible, it was all beat up and no where to strap in my stuff. Secondly the entire experience was completely disorganized. Made a reservation and still had to wait in line with everyone else for an hour and a half in 93 degree weather. Seriously understaffed and everyone that worked there was in a bad mood, yelling at customers, etc.
We have a lot of fun all you need is people that is no bore and know how basic swim. recomiendo este lugar un buen anbiente familiar andando en canoas

Awesome staff and were really chill and helpful when I lost my phone in the lake. Got me right to the nearest Verizon store and were great about time and equipment. Highly recommend
Exit for the 4hr rafting trip, staff was friendly but a little in the lazy side.
Had a great trip down the Delaware! Staff was professional and courteous. Some advice.... bring a cooler with water and sandwiches. Bring sunscreen. You're out there a while. Not having them will make for a miserable trip.
