I went here as moral support for a friend of mine who was getting her ear pierced. The atmosphere was very chill and the person working the desk was lovely. it was a little bit of a wait but I didn't mind. the downstairs area was great. they had a big comfy couch to wait on for our turn and they had fergully playing on the TV. the guy that did the piercing was very friendly and good humored and it was very fun talking to him. they had a very wide selection of different jewelry and the prices were decent. if I decide to get a new piercing I'll definitely be going back here.

Brought my daughter that will be 6 in 2 weeks for part of her Birthday Present. They worked so incredibly well with her and reassuring her she was the boss and she was in control. Walked her through every individual step and were patient and calm with her. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for kids and for adults. Yes it is more expensive then some place like Claire’s but they are using way better products then a place like that. A piercing that will last a lifetime.
I prefer this place because they know what they are doing, I’ve never had a problem with my piercings, and I receive quality service. They know what they are doing, and they provide a open atmosphere so you understand what’s happening the entire time you’re getting your piercing.
Trevor was very knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail from start to finish regarding my daith piercing process. He answered all my questions thoroughly and with ease. Lexie was also knowledgeable, kind, and made us feel comfortable the instant we walked in. The shop was clean. You can tell the level of care they take in all aspects of their business. I would highly recommend Kitten Flower for any body piercing and jewelry needs.
I got my nose pierced here in January of 2019. The piercing healed very well with little to no discomfort. The staff is very knowledgeable & professional, its very clean and well maintained. The only negative I have (if you even call it that) is that its very expensive. They wanted 165 for the nose ring I want. Ouch! The quality is great and if you're someone who wears the same jewelry all the time, like me, the price becomes an investment so its not that much of a deterrent to me.
After trying to call four times I decided to try my luck and drive the 35 minutes to wait in line outside. Had a great experience in the past so opening day was an excitement. After waiting over 30 minutes and seeing just one person enter with 5 ahead of me I got concerned about weather I would make it in with only 15 minutes to close. All I wanted was 2 ear studs. Walked up to the door to be ignored for 4 minutes till I had to be vocal for someone's attention just to be told I'm wasting my time in line. GO OUTSIDE AND TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT! It shows no value or respect to your customers to waste their time. Cut off the line at a certain time like any other business when it's obvious you can't get to them. You wasted so much of my afternoon. Then I drove by at 8:45 to see the same employee STILL LETTING PEOPLE IN. Think before you turn away business. PS - ANSWER YOUR PHONES! Everyone has been waiting for you to open, common sense says you'll need a person dedicated to that! Not sure Im gonna be back or recommend anyone for a while.
I went in for a helix and second earlobe piercings. I was very impressed with their attention to hygiene. The piercer cleaned my ears multiple times, changed her gloves, and used a sterile cloth around my ears. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was very happy with them and will gladly go back!
