Will never go back. I paid for them to add a zipper head to my sweater. Picked it up and no zipper! So I had to take it back for them to actually do what I paid them for. Picked it up again, and guess what...still NO ZIPPER! Twice, no zipper. I’m speechless to what kind of airheads do they have working there to not do the job TWICE!!! I called and asked the manager if I bring it in a THIRD time could they finally do what I paid them for and pick it up that same day. I figured for their mistake they could at least do a same day service for the inconvenience of going there twice with no product. He said no. And they messed up my husbands Navy uniform when he took it for cleaning, came back with a huge burnt spot on it somehow. And they do not wear mask here. Go anywhere else but here.

Been using them for a decade. Always reliable. They live up to their name.
I entered the building two times, once to drop off my dry cleaning, and once to pick it up. Both times the staff were not wearing masks. When I picked up my clothes, the staff person refused to put on a mask after being asked to do so. One panel of plexiglass in one area of the shop does not create a safe space for customers during a pandemic. Not safe, not smart, not recommended.
They do such a beautiful job! They are incredibly nice, professional and reliable. I love that they're so close in Kittery!
The only place on the Seacoast who is willing to not wrap items in plastic, and they don’t use the toxic chemicals.
