The King Salmon is the best smoked Salmon ive ever tried, bought a couple cans the 1st order, and after tasting this perfectly (alderwood) smoked fish, i re ordered 12 more cans. The subtle smoke is fantastic.

My husband and I were introduced to the smoked white king salmon from Wildfish Cannery through a class we took from Caputo's Market & Deli, a high-end speciality food supplier in Utah. We consider ourselves foodies and we have sought out/tasted amazing fresh and canned fish in Alaska, Tahiti, Australia, France, and New Zealand. The smoked white king salmon blew our minds! So delicious and worth every penny. We prepared it in the oven with butter, garlic, and capers then spread it over fresh crusty bread. The same night we finished the first can, we ordered a second and had that as part of our special Valentine's Day meal. Thank you, Wildfish Cannery, for this amazing artisan product!
Just tried the smoked white fish king salmon in an online tinned seafood class. OMG SO GOOD- I would go as far as to describe this as life changing. The can had 4 huge chunks of salmon and had a perfect smokiness. I’m not a huge fan of smoke as I feel it can often be overpowering, but not this fish. Everyone is getting fish as a gift until further notice. It’s a little luxury someone normally wouldn’t buy for themselves, but absolutely delightful. Treat yourself today and get this fish!
