I bought my ear protection from Down East and they custom fitted them on my wireless earbuds! Who knew! I can listen to music or take calls while I am doing pretty much anything outdoors, and do it handsfree! These people are the experts I will rely on! They are professional, friendly and give great advice on your hearing care needs and equipment maintenance! I can't recommend this business highly enough! Their industry knowledge, experience and product lines are simply amazing!

"Sorry I didn't hear you!". I bought my first hearing aids a year ago before moving to NC. I have constantly asked people to repeat themselves. I finally decided to find out why. I was pleasantly greeted with a smile and warm welcome by the receptionist. The friendly associates were also very caring and concerned about my hearing problems. After explaining my hearing aid problems and difficulty hearing, Victoria knew exactly what to do! After a few minutes she came back and explained the adjustments to my hearing aids. I could not believe the comfort I felt and hearing distinctively what she was saying. I thanked Victoria and the other associates for being so accommodating. I know that I will be back for the maintenance on my hearing aids and any other hearing problems that may arise.
