I went to Knox for two very personal items. My engagement ring & a remembrance pendant necklace in honor of my dad who recently passed away- these won't be the last! They have a lifetime customer out of us! Both items turned out perfectly as planned. Kristin, the store manager, truly cares about customers wants/asks in custom jewelry and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with it. She helped me through both processes making them both fun & easy. Ryan (co owner and custom designer) was a part of the making of the remembrance pendant of my dad for me - he went as far as to scope out my dad's obituary to learn more about the person he was making a pedant from- he told me he even got a bit emotional making it- that meant so much to me & my family! Since then, my mom has gotten the same pendant made in a bracelet form. We both just love them and will wear them daily! My ring was a very alike experience, I brought in a photo of my dream ring- within 4-6 weeks they formed the exact same one for me! I will cherish both of these custom items forever! Definitely recommend them to anyone needing pre-made or custom made jewelry. They are the best!

My girlfriend and I went to Knox to see the selection of engagement rings. We meet with Emily who was very friendly and helpful, she allowed us to take our time and answered all questions we had. Once we picked out the style Knox was able to customized the ring to fit my girlfriends style and design. They also provided us with great financing options. So glad we got our ring from Knox Jewelers.

Their customer service is excellent and they are very responsive to requests. Kristin and Brent have always done a great job for us. I had been searching for a unique engagement ring for months when I found Kristin at Knox Jewelers. She used her resources and stone cutter contacts to find me the exact stone I was searching for. I feel like she put in more effort than all the previous stores I had visited combined, most of which didn’t give me much attention because I wasn’t looking to buy a typical diamond engagement ring. Kristin really listened to what I was searching for and we were able to create a beautiful custom ring with her help and expertise. I had a great time working with Knox Jewelers and they really took great care of me as a customer. I can’t thank Kristin and everyone at Knox enough. Thanks for making our dream ring come true.
I had a 10/10 experience working with Kristin at Knox Jewelers. It was extremely important to me to keep the 'surprise' of the proposal in-tact. In doing so, I shared my fiance's style and how we could create a piece that she will love to wear every day. Kristin worked with me on style tips as well as how we could blend ideas, while not lessening the structure desired for daily living. When it came to picking out the right diamond, Kristin worked with me on my budget and shared her thoughts when I selected my 'top 3.' When we went to production, Knox Jewelers would keep me up-to-date with the status to ensure that we were on track for the timeline. This was obviously a huge decision and purchase to go through with and Kristin and Knox were there every step of the way to ensure that the ring was perfect. I highly recommend Know Jewelers!
