Jonathan Pinchak and a co-worker came out this week to fix our hot tub which wasn't heating. They were both very pleasant and professional and quickly resolved our problem. We will definitely be calling them again if repair is needed and when we are looking for another hot tub will certainly purchase from them. Thanks again!!!

This is an exceptional family owned and operated business (easy 5 star rating for me). They made a great impression right from the start. Debbie, the owner noticed me right away and asked if she could help me. She was able to answer all my questions regarding our hot tub and what it would take to set it up. They have just about everything for pools, spas and even billiards. I asked for a discount and they were quite willing to accommodate my request (Debbie okayed it and Gracie took care of ringing my purchases up). Gracie was very professional, an excellent helper and very good listener. I noticed the other workers were good workers and very polite with other customers. The store has a whole lot of selection for all your needs related to pools, patios and accessories, landscaping, spas, gazebos... so much to offer. I have had the best experience this year shopping at Aurora. They have always given me accurate and helpful information for me to be able to enjoy my pool this summer. Their service department made it very easy to close my pool for the winter as well. If you need anything they are the place to go!

I recently had a 27 foot above ground pool installed at my house that we purchased from Aurora. Our salesman Wyatt was great, very helpful. After the pool was filled with water I noticed that I had 3 leaks on the pump and hoses. I contacted Aurora and they scheduled a technician to come out to fix leaks. Jonathan showed up and fixed all of the problems very quickly and he answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and I would recommend him to anyone needing a good technician. Great Job!!!

Great experience with Aurora Service today. Felt bad it was cold and windy but, Jonathan Pinchak, was so pleasent while he was working on our hot tub. Explained everything he was doing and what could have possibly caused the problem. Thank you Jonathan and Aurora for hiring such helpful people
