They have a great selection of rock albums on vinyl. The staff was very knowledgeable. I was not overly impressed with the country music selection. There was very few recent, modern albums.

So my wife and I were looking to lighten our CD inventory a little and get some cash for it. I called and spoke to Matt over at Basement Records and I could tell by his friendly voice that this was going to be a most excellent experience. Matt said he was buying and that he'd be happy to take a look at what we had. Even though the store was closed he was there for a short period that day checkin on things and to come in. We dropped our stuff off ran an errand then he called my cell and said he was ready before he originally told us. We went back and I was blown away at what he offered me probably 3xs as much I am quite please with my transaction with Matt and Basement Records. Matt I hope you are happy with yourself you run a fantastic operation and you have an awesome attitude for the business your in I can't thank you enough. I highly recommend Matt's services when it comes to music this dudes a champion! Thank you for your help and we will be back soon to buy. BTW Matt has great old school hair band poster and an excellent inventory of music. As a retired business owner you can tell Matt has worked very hard with his company and has done well at maintaining his store it is very clean! Thanks again Matt see you soon!!!
