Worst service ever. I paid my down payment on 9/3/20 with a projected installation of 2 to 8 weeks by the salesman and 6-12 weeks in the fine print...fast forward to 2/25/21, 25 weeks later and I can't even get a return email or phone call from the Utah installation scheduler. I offered to install my own for a discount if they would deliver it. I was told the installation is free and they would deliver and let me install my own for the same price with no discount even though they are unable or unwilling to keep their commitment.

I purchased buildings on August 10 and paid a deposit. I was told 6-8 weeks for delivery and installation. I did not receive a call for 13 weeks. They told me that they were delivering and installing on SATURDAY NOVEMBER 7. The \crew\ showed up on FRIDAY NOVEMBER 6 during the day and informed me that they were in my front yard. I had to take off work last minute so I could be here and make arrangements. They half-installed one building and left the other sprawled out across my backyard. The \crew\ said that they would be back on SUNDAY NOVEMBER 8, and they never showed or contacted me to let me know that they wouldn't. Now, this company claims that I have to be rescheduled for them to come and finish the installation. My question is: Do I call a lawyer or BBB first? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN-AROUND RATHER THAN TELLING YOU THE TRUTH. I REPEAT: DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY!!!!

If I could give them a zero I would. Buyer beware. This business is a scam. I purchased a carport at the beginning of December and have continuously been given no information or updates on my order. At this point I have no idea if I am going to ever get my order, by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered a carport from coast to coast in November of 2020 I've called three or four times they keep they send me over to the Washington representative he has never called me back to let me know what is going on about ready to cancel the order completely.

First off purchased building on July 24th 2020. Didnt hear anything for 8 weeks so called them. They said they lost my invoice and said they would be coming in a week with it setup a date and didnt show then set up a date 3 more times still no show. I kept calling them they finally said would be the following week but that same day workers called hour later was in my yard with it. They been working for 2 days and sales lady called and said are you ready for your building I said they have been here for 2 days. Now for the rel issue. DONT purchase from them they wont answer phone they wont return calls. They got building up but didn screw 2 panels down on the end and first time we had wind come out of the west it tore the roof up and the trim off. wind was highest of 22 mph. I call them get run around since monday finally get a rep on phone and send pictures said they will return my call that day that was tuesday. no call and the place I purchased building from had been calling also. They told him today they wont fix it because its been 30 days. Purchase date was july 24th. last day of install was oct. 12th they started sept 28th. Its only a 24 x 36 carport. DONT BUY FORM THIS COMPANY!!!! Worse customer service I have ever had to deal with. The installers did a poor job! ANd the roof leaks even before this happened!
