Stephen, the store manager, was extremely helpful even though my husband and I showed up a few minutes past 6 p.m. we had been driving on the holiday weekend on the thruway when we got a nail in our tire and even though it was Black Friday and a holiday weekend they made me feel as if I was their first customer of the day. (And come to find out the tire with the nail wasn't even purchased here!!) Stephen told us about how the store was less then 6 weeks old and was a brand new, state of the art location and also that he and his other crew were brought in from other locations to make this store perfect. Well so far so good gentleman! Thanks for taking care of us late that night...bonus...awesome high tech and customer service options while you wait!! They have flip up usb slots and plugs for charging phones or laptops. They have a complimentary water bottle cooler, along with near the restrooms they have a sanitary water bottle filling station. Absolutely beautiful location. State of the art equipment. Staff and management were amazing. And on top of it they wouldn't take any money for the flat repair!!! Free water and free tire repair in 2020?!?! If I could give more stars I would!

It's my second time back, service was quick and exceptional first time, but this second time I was astonished \u003cin a great way\u003e not only for the amazing service provided for me, but also because while I was waiting for my car I could listen to the happy greetings, their positive attitude and willingness to help for all customers present and on the phone. Overall the service, the staff attitude and vibe of the place made it a phenomenal experience. Definitely recommend
I originally had a not so great experience and posted a review about it. The very next day they called me apologizing and asking what could be done to make my experience better. I felt like they did truly care about my experience at their store and made me feel a lot better! Talked to Steven a lot and he made sure that I was satisfied!
I went in for a balance and rotation. I was greeted by an employee within 60 seconds of exiting my vehicle. I explained my concerns, he asked questions and collected information and had my keys within 5 minutes. The tech that received my keys literally sprinted over to my vehicle and had it inside the building with the tires off before I even finished making my payment. Rotation and balance in less than 30 minutes and they also helped me with some other tire related information that I requested. Friendly staff, speed of service and overall experience at this location absolutely deserves a 5-star from me.
This is by far the best tire place I have been to. I usually dread getting my tires done but not when I come here. The associates are very honest and helpful, I have never been pressured to buy anything I didn't need but they also suggest the things that you do need. I've been to a few tire places and also a few different Discount Tire locations and this one is outstanding and my absolute favorite, they offered us all bottles of water and came to talk with us and make sure we were all comfortable and taken care of. They even went above and beyond to make a customer comfortable. They come out and explain what they did to your vehicle as well, so you are always in the know about your car. I can't recommend this place enough.
Love these guys. Fixed my slow leak tire for free, before me ever purchasing tires from them and treated me the same as if I had spent hundreds of dollars. Now go there for my tire needs. Trustworthy and super friendly!
WOW! Great customer service...Actually, Awesome customer service. I was a few minutes early for my appointment was taken right in and in less than 45 minutes I was on my way with new wiper blades, 4 new tires, and installed tire pressure monitoring sensors. The price was probably a few cents cheaper than other tire stores I had shopped with the exception of an online tire store--but who wants that hassle--and where is the service with a smile from online? Discount Tire has won me over with a great price, awesome customer service, AND the speed in which I was in and out of the store. It was like watching a pit crew--they were organized, quick and nimble, and I felt good about the final price for a top rated experience.
Remarkable Place! Professional and extremely well-trained employees will take care of all your tire needs. A young man by the name of Parker serviced my SUV and he was very respectful and knowledgeable. It is fantastic to see, how a company understands that a great appearance, training and respect make a customer feel very welcome.
