Knoxville Flooring Center had a quicker turnaround than the 5 other companies we called to replace our carpet. Sam was wonderful to work with and we'd use Knoxville Flooring Center again as long as he's there. There were a few finishing details that were missed by the installers (e.g., moving large furniture back into the exact right location), but Sam was extremely responsive, asked for feedback immediately, and fixed all issues right away. Overall, great experience.

I can't say enough about KCW. Ask for Gary...I told him what I was looking for, my budget and when I needed the job completed and he did it, WOW! Gary worked around my schedule and even followed up when the job was completed to make sure we were happy with the work. Incredible service and a job well done. See below before and after pictures...we had the carpet removed and wood floors added.
