I grew up working in my Dad's optical shop where I learned the seemingly lost art of \The Customer is #1\. Frasier's is this kind of \family\ company. Last May, we caught their Memorial Day Sale on some flooring for our downstairs. Needless to say, we encountered some issues with the product. One call to Frasier's and they came out, assessed the issues and worked with the manufacturer to resolve our problem which essentially amounted to replacing the floor. Our new floor is absolutely amazing. We couldn't be more pleased. It's so refreshing working with a company that stands behind their products and workmanship. A special thanks to Bob, who guided us through the entire process. These guys are rock solid and will definitely have our business when we get to our upstairs project!

They are a great team who are very helpful, great at explaining the options and the pros & cons. I worked with Matt & Mitchell who I highly recommend! The hardwood floor is exactly what I was looking for and it fit in my budget (which I wasn't expecting to find!). The carpet is very comfortable and we've had a few accidents already but the carpet has cleaned easily without leaving a stain. Much better quality than Home Depot & Lowes; you can definitely feel the difference (I did a lot of comparisons between similar products). Thanks for the great flooring!

Frasier's provided great quality carpets and was willing to negotiate on the prices. Their installation was absolutely top-notch. We had been told to expect a 2-day installation but they finished in just one day. Both rooms look terrific! We'd definitely start with Frasier's when it comes time to purchase any additional carpets!
