My husband got into a car accident and we took our car to King Collision. When he walked into the office the people were amazing! They took care of everything from contacting the insurance company to getting him a rental car. When we got our car back it looked great and they even detailed the inside. The car looks brand new! We will definitely be doing business here again. Thanks so much for all of your hard work!

Kings is very customer oriented and very good at explaining the process to someone like me who has never had to deal with an insurance company and all of the frustration they bring, Cindy is super great with communicating exactly what you need to do, and very friendly...will update this review once my vehicle gets fixed just dropped it off today Update: great job they did and very good communication through the process
Each time I have taken a vehicle to King Collision I am more impressed than the last. Rest assured, you are safe when I'm on the roads, I don't have an accident every day. King Collision has been around for a while. They take all the frustration out of insurance paperwork, they are friendly, their office is clean and they practice strict Covid-19 Protocol. When my car was returned it was like they replaced it with a new one. The paint (whole car) sparkled and the original color had magically returned. The inside was as clean as the first time driving off the lot. I also noticed that they rubbed out some scratches in the paint on the deck lid, well away from the accident damage. I would give this business several extra stars.
My experience with King Collision was stellar. The ladies up front were extremely nice and very accommodating. They were super helpful on updating me on the status of my vehicle when I called. The body work looked great and they even detailed my vehicle. I hope that I don’t need their services again but will definitely be a return customer if so.
THEY DID SUCH AN AMAZING JOB! I hydroplane and hit a wall, and you can't even tell there were damage, will definitely use them again
