Don’t get a carport from them. They installed one at my home this summer. First good snowfall of the season and the structure snapped like a toy. I just purchased my home. The previous owner could not find their invoice but gave me the name and number of this company. Quality Outdoor Products told me they do not guarantee their products and could not look up this purchase/installation by customer name, phone number or address. They said I would need to give them an invoice number. They were rude and unprofessional. Structures of this quality are dangerous. Buyer beware!!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION! I purchased a carport from Quality Outdoor Products in Kingsport on 8/31/2020, and HAVE STILL NOT RECIEVED IT as of 12/2/2020!! I purchased a carport with delivery and setup from Quality Outdoor Products (through Friendly Barns) at 2945 E Stone Dr. Kingsport TN on 8/31/2020. I paid 220 for delivery. I was called 3 days later to confirm the order and delivery address. They didn't call or show up. I have called and spoken with Shane EVERY WEEK since 10/21/2020 and each time its either a family sickness, rainy, supply delays, and \will be 3 more weeks\. At one point, SHANE actually said, \It's too far for us to deliver. We'll lose money in gas. The dealer shouldn't have sold you delivery.\ Guess what Shane? THEY DID. And YOU called to confirm the address. I am sick of having to hunt you down like a dog to MAKE you DELIVER what I PAID FOR and what YOU AGREED TO DO. My invoice number is 18186, I have included my copy of the contract and all times and dates I reached out. As well as all your \excuses\ you gave as to why YOU HAVEN'T SHOWN UP. Check your BBB Complaints!!

Took over 2 months to come out and install after weeks of phone calls and run arounds and VERY rude customer service people! Once the crew finally was scheduled to come out, they started the install only to find out that the main rail system posts were defective and not welded on one side and bent over as soon as standing rails were installed They we're told to \Fix it with a plate \ and install anyway before customer sees it! The crew leader said he would not and I took a picture of it.
