We recommend Vineyard Floors without reservation! We recently had all the floor covering in our office replaced, and had an extremely positive experience with this company. Vineyard installed vinyl tiles in kitchen and bathroom areas and carpet tile in offices and hallways. It looks great! Our office building is old, and the flooring substrate turned out to be different from office to office. If we hadn't hired real professionals who knew what they were doing and wanted the job to be done right, we might never have been aware of some problems in the under-flooring that needed to be corrected. That's why we decided to go with a local family- owned company that would stand by their work, instead of a crew sent by a big box retailer. The installation people were careful in everything they did: they wanted it done right. Also polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Jim and Kevin Wright (owners) communicated well: in helping us pick out quality flooring within our budget, estimated the cost accurately, managed the time line, and then followed up after installation to make sure we were happy with the results. We love the new look! Highly recommend this company. (Installation was done December, 2020.)
