VWC was such a big help to me when I had bats in my chimney. They came out, inspected the outside for bat guano, and then scoped the inside of my fireplace/chimney. Super friendly and helpful! This is the second time I've had them come to my house, and my family who lives local also uses them when they've had pest problems. Would highly recommend!

Complicated situation when I had 2 squirrels fall down my chimney into my fireplace. Came out 3 times in 1 day, only charged me for the first service, then just gas for the next 2. Also, it was on a Sunday. God forbid more problems arise, will definitely call him again.

Very easy to work with, came out to inspect for more skunks and took away the skunk my dogs had killed. Hopefully won't have to have him back out, but it's comforting knowing he's available!
