Nikki at waste connections is very professional.. She provided detailed information about the service and answered all my questions thoroughly. I might have kept her on the phone a little longer than most customers, but she was patient and friendly the whole time. In fact, cheerful is a good adjective for her. Waste Connections is lucky to have an employee like her. Highly recommend! A

The city needs to fire you! I have made 2 phone calls to them because my bulk items have been sitting out since last Thursday night for pick up on Friday. They were not picked up. Called on Monday and was told from the time the driver reports it on Friday they have 48 hours to get it picked up. Well it was still there on Tuesday night when I got home. Called yesterday and was told oh they will have it gone today. Well I come home, and it is still sitting there. Very unhappy as I have pictures tomorrow to put my house on the market. What does it take to get you guys to get rid of the book shelf, ironing board, and desk????
I am exceptionally satisfied with their services. Also, the girls in the office are pleasant and professional. Trash pick up is always on time and we are thrilled with the services provided. Thank you so much!
My husband and I were interested in renting a big dumpster for a garage clean out. Once the weather allows we will definitely be using them. Bailey was so kind and easy to talk to while we were trying to decide what size dumpster we would need.
Really hate to give a 1-Star because my trash collection is excellent and the attendants are extremely nice. Really hate to give a 1-Star (wish there was a zero option or better yet, a negative number) for the attendant of Truck 104 servicing Northshore Town Center on Thursday’s. We do not recycle, but every week a can is left in front of our garage door, making it necessary to get out of the car and move it to the correct driveway. Today, the truck was behind our house and I got out of the car to tell the attendant that the can did not belong there. I’m not going to go into his extreme rudeness and vulgar gestures on this forum. I will be happy to do so if and when customer service returns my call. Would also like to add that we are commercial customers of Waste Connections and are very satisfied.
