If these employees had to get a real job in the real world, they would fail miserably and be fired within weeks. Between incompetent and less than pleasant staff and management, archaic website that looks like someone's middle school kid designed it with functionality to match (cannot select pay date ahead, for example) and their rates, from water/sewer rates to charging the customer for the privilege of paying the bill, this is a terrible business. Saving grace: monopoly. Of over a dozen utility companies I have had the pleasure to use, this is the second worst of them all. IT would be nice if they read some of the constructive criticism and actually had a desire to improve.

This is the worst utility service ever. They are rude and inconsiderate. Make sure you stay on top of your bill with this company because they will cut your water off with absolutely no warning. They are very expensive. I have never had a water bill so high in my life and its every month. I did have a leak got it fixed but still have not recovered from my huge bill i got and there is no working with you they will not..If I did not have to have their service I would discontinue it. I gotta give u all 1 star just to post or I wouldn't.

customer service is rude and unhelpful. Why is there an application necessary to be filled out just to transfer a bill from a roommate moving out? Why must you make things difficult that can be easy?

We moved into a new house in the same district and transferred service with a new account. My auto-pay was discontinued and my water was shut off with no notice. A cursory email or phone call would be nice.

I don't know where the negative reviews come from. They're by far the easiest utility company to deal with. I setup service over phone and email. I disconnected my service with a simple phone call. They let me pay via credit card with no extra fees and I can see my bill/usage online. I can't ask for anything more.
