Unfortunately due to COVID I was unable to go here for vacation, so I would not be able to give my feedback on the service. The issue that I am having is getting my refund that I been promised since June 2020. They were responsive and I was understanding about the situation at first. They keep saying refunds are taking longer from 30-90 days, and keep saying the same thing after that amount has passed. Now I am not getting any responses on the status. If you get a hold of them over the phone (extremely hard) they are friendly but become very unprofessional when asking about your refund. This may be a good place to vacation and visit but their business practices are unethical. If this issue gets resolved, Ill update this review. Hopefully we are able to resolve this issue.

Professional, courteous, attentive staff. Beautifully maintained resort grounds, with ready, convenient beach access. Adorable yet affordable units with an island flair. I was absolutely satisfied with my entire vacation rental experience. I am very glad I chose a condo over a hotel. The accessibility and willingness to provide additional concierge services of the staff made all of the difference. My wife and I had a truly wonderful week in gorgeous Kauai with Suite Paradise.
Another visit to Paradise! We returned here again in January and were just as pleased as on our prior visits. The staff is friendly and efficient, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the location is great. We love the old-world feel - no fancy hotels for us, please.

We rested in apartment 911. Fair price, friendly service, nice resort with nice pools and if you want you can play tennis. In the apartment was everything you need (washer, dryer, kitchen, small boards to catch some waves, shampoo...).
A beautiful place ! Unfortunately, we arrived when Kauai was unseasonably hot and the property we reserved did not have adequate air conditioning. I’m still rating it 5 stars because Malia in the office handled our situation with such grace and exceptional customer service that we were able to find alternative accommodations for the night after a long, hot, and trying journey. Thank you Malia !
We have been using Suite Paradise for our vacations in Poipu for several years, with great deals on comfortable and convenient accommodations we will continue to use their services for all our future travels. The return guest discounts are an added bonus as well as their warm and welcoming staff. 5-2019 Another great year in Poipu Kauai thanks to Suite Paradise and their return guest discounts and great rates. Accommodations within walking distance to great food, entertainment and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Looking forward to our 2020 trip!
We have been reserving accommodations on Kauai with Suite Paradise for more than 30 years now! These folks truly have the Aloha spirit. In fact, our family has tried a number of different rentals arrangements over the years but, we really think that Suite Paradise is the best. In addition, the Suite Paradise team always does everything they can to make our Kauai family vacation a memorable experience!
