I recently had an issue with my Bobcat 751 where it would not start. Komro was reasonably responsive sending someone out in a few days and brought a trailer that \supposedly\ would be able to load and tow the dead skid steer. They were unable to get it going and learned that they had the wrong trailer. It took a few days to schedule the right trailer to come out by a driver with a CDL. Due to weather, that appointment was postponed. The driver arrived the next day only to discover he had the wrong trailer again. They did finally get the right trailer out here and fixed the skid steer within a couple days for a total of roughly 3 weeks down time and 3 big storms that I had to pay for snow removal. I received an invoice that was dated 12/19 which was received on 1/6 and due date of 1/10 for over 1000. This included a detailed part breakdown I could have bought for under 100 and a non detailed \Labor Pickup/Delivery\ for 8.75 hours. I have requested details on this labor which I have not yet heard anything. I am quite certain that they have charged me the full amount for all of their failed hauling attempts which is very annoying. I likely will be paying the bill but if you do business with Komro, make sure that you bring your equipment in or have it hauled by another company. As you can imagine, I will never use them again.
