I simply needed an estimate. They refused to give a complete estimate. The inspection consisted of an office clerk bending down and looking at the damage. Not even popping the hood. When I called back to see about a more comprehensive estimate, they claimed that I had never been there. And refused to give me an estimate to completely fix the damages to my car. I am more than willing to pay for anything not covered by the insurance. If they can’t do an estimate correctly I doubt they can do the repairs correctly. Waste of time.

A experience. They have awesome estimating software, we're very transparent on costs, and called me with updates without me having to call in to ask myself. They are now my go to place!
