I needed a part for my car, called them they daid they would check the inventory. I got placed on hold then disconnected. I called again and was told yes, they had the part but it would have to be pulled and would be ready the next day. After 2 more days my boyfriend went to get the part and had to pull it himself off the old car, and didnt even get offered a discount.

Didn't have part in stock which their web-based inventory indicated they had in stock. However, the owner was honest about it (not always the case at these places -- certainly can't recommend the place next door to Kresa). I'd return there if I needed another part...

First of all, I am very disappointed with their customer service person very rude and unprofessional. I was calling in regards to a clients refund status which has not been issued in almost a month. Both owner and service rep have been giving him the run around. Not only am I preparing for court but also reporting with the BBB and consumer affairs. No customer should have to every go through this. Not only is this causing stress and financial strain to my client but this is just unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE PERIOD.
