No one takes care of our pups better than Beth and her crew. You can trust that all of the handlers will love on your fur babies and make them feel right at home. Kritters always has space and don't mind housing our pups together. We also love that we can get them fully groomed before coming home. And when not being boarded, our dogs love daycare at Kritters.

Absolutely the best! Everyone is very friendly and professional. Max loves staying with them. I highly recommend Kritters Country Club.

Being new to the area we needed a daycare boarding partner for our two (now four) dogs. They are excited to go there and come home clean and tired. We have boarded several times with great results. Were also recommended by my vet.

First time ever boarding my dogs so I was a little nervous and when I went to drop them off it was not reassuring. They didn’t ask my names or the dogs names just came and took their collars off (which maybe be a normal practice for boarding but I was unaware) and took them. Didn’t really say anything to me and I was just left kinda confused. Wasn’t told when to pay or anything. Also brought their food as requested but they didn’t ask for it so I had to turn around and go back half way home. When I called during the week to check on them since it was their first time being boarded all I got was “they are fine.” I may just be a paranoid/ annoying dog mom but I was hoping for a little more of an update. When picking them up outside the door of the building there is a gated area in which I waited for them to come out so I could put the collars back on. While In the gated area the employee had a slip leash on my dog and he was pulling hard on and the employee didn’t let go even though we were inside the fence so that was also not reassuring to see them choking the dog right in front of me. I had 2 dogs and they at least did offer to help me load them into the car so that was nice. However the reason I am giving them a one star review is because both of my dogs are now sick with kennel cough after staying here. So on top of the money I had to pay to board them I now have had to pay for antibiotics for both dogs. Also my dogs were vaccinated just two months before being boarded. So I’m just very unimpressed overall. The positive was that for both dogs to be boarded and groomed it was affordable but it’s not worth my dogs health. I understand that it’s very contagious and vaccines don’t always work but I still will not be using them again because the overall experience was not good.

My little one is always happy to go there and they take really good care of her. The staff is very nice and welcoming. I'm able to pay weekly instead of everyday. Very accommodating.
