Kayla and Vince were great to work with. I had a special circumstance and wanted to purchase a specific '21 Lincoln Aviator and they worked their best to get the deal done very quickly as I requested. They delivered my vehicle to me via trailer in Illinois with no problems. Problem free and quick are great attributes and I want to thank all at Kruse who did their part. Very friendly and nice to work with. They actually want to sell vehicles there. My dad and I had been to other dealers that either try pressure you into buying a vehicle you don’t like or give you the take it or leave it don’t care attitude. My dad didn’t buy the first pickup we test drove at Kruse motors, but we told why we were not completely sold on it and they quickly brought another pick up front that checked all the boxes my dad wanted in a pickup. We test that one and liked it a lot better, so my dad bought it. Seemed like wanted to earn our business by selling us the right vehicle we wanted and not trying to shove the first thing we test drove down our throats.

Drew was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and if he wasn't sure, he found the answer for us immediately. He was very upfront and honest. He had a great attitude and made the process very smooth. He is very easy going and very easy to have conversations with . We had a few bumps on the road and he didn't hesitate to help us brainstorm and smooth out those bumps. We love our Terrain that we bought from him. My opinion very much changed of Kruse in the last year. We bought our car from a salesman in December of 2019 and told ourselves we wouldn't go back to this dealership. But after a little convincing, we did. And I am so glad we did. The salesmen are the face of the dealerships. And if the customer doesn't like their salesmen, they don't like the dealership. I am very pleased that we gave Kruse a 2nd chance to change our mind and show us how wonderful the dealership really is. I normally don't do reviews on anything unless something stood out to me. And let me tell you , Drew very much stood out and went above and beyond to help us. We appreciate the honesty and fact that he actually cared about what we wanted, not just trying to make a deal to get paid. From someone who worked at dealerships before, and seeing how pushy others can be, he is one of the good ones. So, 10/10, 110%, 5/5 stars, whatever you want to call it, Drew was excellent. Thank you for being such a pleasure to work with. Steve and I are very pleased not only with our vehicle, but with the outstanding customer service you delivered. We know who we will always buy a vehicle from now on. Thanks again!
