Apiator Honey

We had an issue with our Hustler zero turn mower and brought it in to the shop. Scott, from the service department, came outside to our truck, did a quick check on the mower, and without even taking it off the trailer diagnosed and fixed the problem. The entire process took no more than 45 minutes. These folks are the best people you could ever hope to work with.

We have always giving this place business especially since they are one of the only RedMax dealers. Went in to look at mowers and get some blades and the front desk worker was rude right from the start and even refused to show me blades so we will be giving all of our business elsewhere.

I had to pick up a part for my quick hitch. The guys in the parts department were super. If you have a Kubota tractor, this is the place to go for parts and service. If you are looking for a tractor, I highly recommend Kubota of Chattanooga.

I walked in to their business on a Wednesday when I got there I sat down with the their sales rep I told him I had a machine to trade with him I sent him videos and pictures of the machine he give me the number he said that’s all we need to do is take a look at the machine I was in Knoxville Tennessee which is 100 miles away he told me yes if everything checks out we have a deal when I got there he didn’t even take the machine down off the trailer and he started to beat me money for it which was ridiculous the sales manager I would never use these guys they tell you one thing and say another they don’t know how to conduct business The sales rep was very nice but the sales manager didn’t know what he was talking about it’s like he never sold a machine before before you use this business please be aware
