Local suto dealers location. Yes, I meant that in the plural! They sell other brands other than Hyundai! The employees are all friendly and want to help you but be very precise in your service or automobile needs ere you drive home in a new car you didn't know you needed! The parts department stock is limited, at least for Hyundai so be ready for a wait while they order the part from oahu, or worse the mainland! The parts manager is great and by your third visit knows you by name! The service department is just as you'd find on the mainland. Freindly, quick, and expensive. So buy your car here definitely, be ready to dicker though, but take it to your trusted local mechanic or lube place for oil changes and safety checks.

Had an appointment at 8:30 a.m. , said would be about 1 1/2 hr to do software update (long time?). We called about 10:30 and they said would be another hour....Why make an early appointment if the dealer is not going to honor the time?
