Called them the day of and they came out within a couple hours of the call. Had our Uhaul unloaded and things swapped out in under an hour. Saved us so much time and energy.
They were 4.5 hours late! We were LIED to by Mitchell Newby! Then he acted like the minuscule discount they gave us made everything good. I feel bad for the hard working guys who have to clean up for their lying boss! They lost the chance at a second move in the fall when our new build is finished. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, EVER! We were scheduled for a move on June 6th 2020 at 9am and received a confirmation from Mitchell Newby, on May 15th. On June 3rd, I contacted Mitchell to confirm we were still good to go and if there was anything we needed to have ready to assist them with the move. He once again confirmed they were scheduled to be there and would be there at 9am. On June 6th, we had the house opened up and were ready for the crew to show up. At 9:30 I called Mitchell to find out if they were close and woke him up. He said he had me scheduled for a different day. He said he had another crew he could send over as soon as they finished a job they were currently on and they would be there in a couple of hours. At 11:30 I called him again and asked if he could give me a status update, he said they we just headed my direction and would be there at 12:30. I decided to run a couple of errands and returned at 1pm. just as I was about to call Mitchell again, his driver called and said they were just leaving the shop and would be there in an hour! When the crew arrived, I expressed my appreciation for them fitting me in after the previous job....they laughed and said the Mitchell called them at 10:30 am and asked them to come to work! They crew was fantastic and worked hard and quickly. But, when Mitchell had to drop supplies off at the house for them because they ran out of protective wrap, he avoided us and never apologized. Then to add insult, he gave us a 5% discount for our inconvenience. AFTER making us wait on his company for over 4 hours! AND, delaying the cleaning company by over 10 hours because he was late! AND HE LIED ABOUT IT!!

Quick reliable. The prices were better then the other quotes. Very happy with my expirence.
Did a lot of small damage to surfaces of furniture. Broke a lamp. Expensive. Know how to nurse it, like taking a single couch cushion out at a time. Would not recommend.
