I have been to this location twice and both times were absolutely terrible. First time we ordered ahead, we got there 15 mins later and the line was out the door. After ordering online we expected to get our order ready but the place was SO unorganized. Absolute chaos, no order in paying or picking up. We mentioned that we ordered ahead and 20 mins later our two milk teas still weren’t made. We had to remind them twice and we got our drinks ONE HOUR LATER after ordering ahead online and guess what - my order was wrong Second time was today, during the TMobile Tuesdays 3 off deal. We downloaded the app, ordered and paid. We get there and it was closed with a sign outside of the door that said “Sorry were closed April 27, 2021. We sold out tea and bubble”. The app hours or Google hours weren’t updated at all as it still let us pay through and gave us a time when our order would be ready. I got there and there were 3 other cars wondering happened because they ordered online as well. It was literally only 3 dollars, but why would you commit to such a deal when you are not prepared for the order demand. Now we have to go through the whole messy refund process. Terrible location.

Really nice staff. Made my friend and I the last two bubble teas before closing because we all the way from the south suburbs. Their bubble tea is definitely some of the best bubble tea I've had.
Small place with a lot of options. I believe they also make onigiri on request. Only been here twice but enjoyed the bubble tea each time!
I ordered online and it said it would be ready in 5 minutes...I came in and lady was rude...and said she got order just now....and said it rudely...and giving my drink after waiting 15 minutes...gave my drink and didnt even say the order or what drink or even say thank you? so rude will not come back to this location!
Amazing tea and really chill spot. They also have Thai ice cream. Had the honey green tea and it was awesome. Nice location and easy parking in front. A lot of options on the menu from hot to cold.
Been here more than a few times. The prices are decent, and there are many options for bubble tea/various other drinks. The location has also been dependably open for me whenever I've had the odd spur-of-the-moment craving.

Awesome place for bubble/milk teas, and all sorts of other fun, colorful, assorted drinks. Very fast, up-front, and direct customer service. They even have Lactaid (lactose-free milk) for lactose-intolerant individuals (look for the name 'Wow' Tea). Inside, there are two kiosks to order from if paying with a card, but if you can also order in person too at the counter.... Always popular with Northwestern students & neighborhood people alike so expect a bit of a wait, but so worth it. You will be happy you did.
