If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a large Thai milk tea. Mind you I’ve been drinking Thai tea for many years from many different places.Thai tea has a distinct bright orange color. I am very aware of what it should taste like and look like. When I got my drink I was surprised to see how it looked and that it did not have that bright orange look. Instead it just had a pale tan look to it. I was unsure so I tasted it and immediately knew I did not like it at all. It did NOT TASTE anything like Thai tea. I let them know I didn’t like it and did not want it so I was told I could throw it away in the trash that was located inside the store so they didn’t grab it once I already touched it. Then began to explain to me that their Thai tea is not made like other places. Instead of having good customer service and providing me with something different like most places do they wanted to charge me for a new drink. When I asked for a refund they told me they would have to refund my entire order then recharge me again for the other items. That would mean that I would have paid twice for items that I would not get my money back for two days. I walked out without a refund and no drink. I will not be returning and plan to call their corporate number. I have never left a review like this anywhere and been so unsatisfied with service.

The drinks here are fantastic and consistently made well. I think the decor of the place feels very welcoming and inviting. A great place to be once the pandemic is over. The workers here are very kind and patient. There is a tall Indonesian boy with a hat that makes drinks particularly well. All the workers ensured that the drink I purchased would be one I would enjoy! I would recomend highly to check this place out and their sister store in boulder where I hear the drinks are made better!
Went and got my usual drink, my green tea yakult with boba. The store is conveniently located and service is really great. Haven't tried any of the other drinks but the boba was soft and chewy and the got the sugar and ice level just the way I like it. Because of covid there wasn't indoor seating yet, but once it opens up it looks more spacious and had more seating available compared to some of the other locations. Since it shares the parking lot with Aki hot pot or Kim's bbq, it's a great desert drink to get to fulfill your sweet tooth.
Really good drinks at a great price. When I walked in there was a really long line and I nearly left because I didn't want to waste time. My mom talked me into staying and the line moved really fast. Way faster then I could have hoped for.
Im happy that there are multiple locations! The staff is always very friendly and the drinks are always consistent and delicious! Pure goodness, I am so thankful to have this location so close to home. Always makes the day just so much better for stopping by and grabbing a quick refreshing drink!
Quality, as per usual, was good. We're in a hard time rn as people are going out to eat more, but places have to stay understaffed. My order was not placed correctly, but besides that it was good!
Customer service is well! I ordered online at a very busy time, came to pick up and noticed that 2 drinks of 6 were made wrong. I notified them and the staff immediately fixed it, and let me keep the other 2 made-wrong drinks for the hassle. I appreciate you all! My family enjoyed their drinks. We will be back
