Wish I could give this place 0 stars, I have been using kussmaul products for about 15 years now and use to key word USE to receive a quality product and quality service but as of late, not so much products are failing left and right. I bought 3 auto ejects and 3 i chargers for my trucks and all of them failed within a couple of weeks, I bought these from my local dealer, and they advise its still under warranty so give them a call now ok I've called kussmaul in the past and they have been great but again that was im the past, first of all I was able to get no support on my product as not one person on their line could answer it and by the way they were all extremely rude and were very i guess you can say fast on the phone, i was hung up on, i was nothing but nice on the phone and just wanted to resolve my issue and they gave me nothing but negative experience and would not cover any of my units under warranty because I didnt buy them direct yet their website says 3 year warranty, so after all said and done im tired of kussmaul and their lack of customer service and lack of a quality product they lost a customer for good, i went over to a blue seas dealer and bought their sure eject and let me tell.you it works fantastic, and when I called them blue seas direct to as some technical questions I was answered quickly and kindly great experience, as for the charger I went with a Detran charger it isn't great but does the job, Kussmaul needs to get their act together and quick. Forgot to say had a 1 and a half back order on these units. Just the icing on the cake

i would neer recommend Kissmaul they are unreliable no one knows what they are doing i STRONGLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY!
