Typical crooked sales staff. So disappointed. Negotiated in the sales tax, title, and license included in the price. Once we go to pay the balance is way more than it should have been. 5,000 over paid for the sales tax and additional 6,000 in insurance and services we didn't want or agree to. Called to at least cancel the insurance we didn't want, was told it was cancelled. Then never received anything back. Shocker! It was never cancelled. Will NEVER do business with them again. The only good thing about this location is an excellent service department. They seem very knowledgeable and honest. MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK THE NUMBERS!!!

Well the sales experience was actually pretty good but the service hasnt been that great so far. To start with I wanted my on demand water heater moved from my old trailer to the new trailer. ExploreUSA said they wouldnt do it, even though I was willing to pay. I ended up having them take out the new trailers unit, putting it in the old trailer and getting the on demand installed elsewhere. I also had rims and tires on my old trailer which I wanted to have them move over to the new trailer. They wouldnt do that either. I had to do it myself. Then on the walkthrough I noticed a wire harness hanging down and told them it was. They said they fixed it. Well they didnt and the tire ended up eating up the bundle of wiring. Now I have it in service for over a week while new wire is getting spliced in, since they said its too much work to run new wiring. I havent even got a chance to take my trailer out yet. Again the salesman was great but its been kinda disappointing for the rest of it.

We had a great experience when buying our 38ft 5th wheel trailer. Our salesman, Ryan and guys from service, Josh and Mark, were very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. They took extra time to help us understand the purchase and operation of the trailer. Since the trailer was used, they went through all of the systems and checked that they were operating properly. They did everything they said they were going to do and more. The trailer was ready and complete at the time promised. Great job guys!

We purchased our new Big Horn about 3 weeks ago and had a great experience from the sale with Ryan to the walk through with Mike and Scott. The management at ExploreUSA really seemed to care about our purchase. We needed some service on our new 5th wheel and Jason assured me that it would be taken care of promptly and it was. If I need to purchase a new unit in the future or recommend people to the Kyle location I definitely will. Thanks for taking care of us.
