Laura said she would email me a form - did not happen , called again talked to Monica who sent me the wrong info , called the third time talked to some guy who I could hardly understand who was rude and did not follow thru , I think they hire from the bottom of the barrel . Pardon my language but this place SUCKS .
The appraisers were realistic. The citizen board made every person leaving their hearings unhappy. The waiting area is meh.
The format for my appraisals that the ARB used in the protest meeting with me was totally different that what I had obtained online from the CAD website, which I based my calculations on. They handed me 8 pages of their material which had a totally different form. It caused me to be confused, it slowed down the proceedings and took everything I wanted to present out of the order that I had prepared. Then they pressured me to go fast and I wound up saying things that I didn't mean to say. When I asked Mr Rowles about their decisions he got contentious and cut me off. I will demand a re-hearing
