Dr smith advised my girlfriend not to consult with the plastic surgeon until after the chemo was complete. That advise cost us 2 months of time, when we could’ve had the surgery complete. If you are going through chemo for breast cancer please go out on your own and find a reconstructive surgeon before the chemo is complete. I’m very disappointed with him and I will update when we actually get the surgery done that should’ve been done by now. It’s like my girlfriends life is a joke to Dr Smith.

This office is great. They are kind, professional, caring.... They make you feel welcome on every visit. They explain everything, they follow up, they provide the latest treatment. I have loved my time there.

Dr. Smith and his nurses are great. The office staff not so much. I have never been treated so uncaring by a doctors office staff as I have been here. To say I am unhappy about the staff is an understatement. Appointments not being made by staff and then appointments being changed with no notification. They have my correct phone number but sent a notice in the mail to an address that was over 2 years old that I had updated on my last visit. How hard is it to pick up the phone?

I am thankful for the professional care given to our daughter during her most recent situation. We made the appointment and requested an earlier one and they continued to help us get in faster. When we arrived we were greeted quickly and paperwork was easy. The nurses, appointment setters, reception, everyone was gracious and you can tell, truly caring. We thank you for your tremendous attention to your patient's needs. Your waiting room was full and you are busy, yet each patient and family members were treated well. In our world today where I hear so much bad (especially regarding the medical treatment), I am so thankful for your quality of service!

Bad service.very unhappy about the staff , waited for 1 hr and didn't see the doctor,they said doctor was with another patient,why schedule many patients at the same time. Searching for new doctor.
