We love camping here. Find a secluded spot and enjoy some quiet time. There are a lot of trees to shade you from the heat. If you are worried about needles and sap perhaps this is not the spot for you. We love trees.
Very nice quiet spot to view and reflect.
Its a amazing tree that is old. If it could only talk I am sure it would have many stories.
Pure beauty and nature of the Puget Sound area. This is on tribal land leased by Thousand Trails La Conner and as such it has been preserved to the tribal standards. This remains my favorite TT park. Such a wonderful area.
Beautiful spot. We stayed at the campground near by.
Great place to look out from or have a picnic.
This is a small sometimes island with, you guessed it, one lone tree (pine) reachable from the Sound or through Thousand Trails La Conner only. The Swinomish tribe have done a remarkable job of upkeep in this area for the last decade or so. And the view from this point is worth enjoying for hours on end. There is even one lone picnic table for a nice snack or meal. And out in the sound about 100 yards, is that a or oyster farm?
