I’ve called Mark three times in the past three months and he has been fast, professional, dependable and friendly every time. He is, by far, the best locksmith in La Crosse. Cannot recommend enough!

This morning I managed to lock myself out of my car when I got out to scrape the ice off of my windshield. I called Mark and he let me know what it would cost to unlock my car before he came out. He was quick and careful, taking precautions to make sure his equipment didn't scratch my door. I was the first unlock of the day bright and early before 6:30 AM, but he got to my location within 10 minutes. He was cheerful and very kind. I was hardly even late for work. I will definitely put Coulee Locks in my telephone contacts.
Mark was professional from the moment I called. Making sure I knew the cost and that he was an hour away. I requested his services and he was there in an hour. He answered all our questions, was prompt, and took the time to copy a key so we wouldn’t have this happen again. I called others in the area, but Mark’s honest demeanor had me choosing his business without question.
Mark is professional, informative, and helpful. Great to work with and reasonably priced. Very happy with the work. Highly recommend!
