I would totally burn this place to the ground if I could get away with it. 30 from 2007 that I did not even know I owed money for is now costing me almost 800. I can't even afford to pay rent now thanks I hope you all die.

What they are doing has to be illegal.. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing! This company, specifically SUSAN, says they have repeatedly tried to contact you by phone and/or mail ON THE VERY FIRST COMMUNICATION. Literally have received one call, that I willingly returned, and no mail ever. I can't even be sure this debt is legitimate because she keeps hanging up on me. I have been nothing but cooperative; while Susan is extremely rude, reactive, and unprofessional.
Kelly is really amazing she and they are legit i have a debt out there that she works with me on so I don't get legal action against me. Whenever I have a problem making a payment she's willing to help me make another arrangement
