Wow - great customer service story! I have a house about 22 miles away from the La Crosse VA location. I called them on Monday, 12/30 to see if they could pick up my riding mower to service it. (Spoke with Michelle) Not only did they say \Yes\ - but they picked it up the same day and brought it back the next morning. (New Year's Eve) I paid with the driver with cash and not having exact change, ended up paying them 1 extra, of course I told the driver not to worry about it. Fast forward a week, today in my mailbox is the receipt....and yup.....a 1 bill. If they do that, I know they are doing the right thing with my mower. Keep up the great service!!! Andy C
Best price on sthil products and great service
Had mower serviced for advertised price of 208. Also asked them to plug flat tire. Bill was 286. Beware if this pla be overcharging for simple tire repair.
Jon provided good information on both tractors and zero turn mowers, either is a good choice compared to a landscapers quote of 180.00 for a single cutting.
