Danny, Mr. Esparza, Fernando and everyone else are ALL-STARS in my book. If I could award the AutoZone team in La Feria 10 STARS I would, but Google reviews only allowed five. I have been a customer of this AutoZone since 2015 when I moved back to RGV after retiring from the Air Force. Mr. Esparza and all the staff have provided me with excellent service through out the years. I frequently see the employees go above and beyond to help their customers. I can probably list about 2 dozen examples, detailing how different team members have provided excellent service. The whole team is friendly and helpful, but, Danny is my go-to-guy. He is not only very knowledgeable about automobiles, but he makes a great effort in trying to save customers money by pointing out sales, and encouraging them to take advantage of great deals and discounts offered through the AutoZone Rewards program and promotional text messages and alerts. This year alone I've saved more than 500. Danny is constantly on the go. I think the man sometimes doesn't even get a bite to eat because he frequently stops to help others. I like how they turn to one another for giving sound tips and advice on the parts, products and questions customers may have about their auto part needs. Last, but not least I appreciate the excellent manners they poses and appreciation they have for us US military Veterans. The La Feria AutoZone team is the best AutoZone in the RGV in my opinion because it is tough to be consistently excellent at something for consecutive years. Bought the wrong part yesterday. Called the store and explained my situation.(I had my kids in the car and did not want to expose them) Fortunately,they did not hesitate to accommodate. The person that helped me today(didnt get his name,just know he was wearing a grey shirt with glasses)went above and beyond by stepping out of the store. He was very respectful of the social distancing protocols and provided outstanding service! He made my shopping experience greater than most. Will definitely shop here again. This time I had the right part Thank you for everything!
