We stay here every year we go to Los Angeles! We take the BART into town and walk the three blocks to the hotel, no need for a rental car! Great Rooms, comfortable beds and rooms have everything you need.

I would have given zero stars if I could! Like many of the other reviewers, I too had issues with LA Furnished Apartments that they refused to resolve. If you do not heed the warnings of the reviewers and decide to stay here, here is a tip: bring a socket wrench because you will have to fix the cheap furnishings on a near daily basis. The LA Furnished Apartments staff dragged their feet on any concern. They blame the builidng management for problems with the unit, which they are leasing and then sub-leasing to you at a hefty premium (without delivering the value you would expect for that premium)! I was lured to LA Furnished Apartments because it was cheaper than Oakwood or Residence Inn for a few months, but I later regretted that short-sighted decision. To say I was disapointed with the \amenities\ (really the most basic faulty furnishings and appliances) is an understatement. Dealing with LA Furnished Apartments was a frustrating experience every time as well (well, actually, every time AFTER signing the lease and handing over the first check -- up to that point, they were pleasant and helpful in answering questions, but once I was in the unit and problems began to creep up and their apathetic and then downright dismissive attitude surfaced, the bait and switch scheme became more clear). Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else. Lessee (sub-lessee) beware!

Would not rent from them again. Arrogant, poor service. I though it was standard, but then I rented from someone else and I saw how different things can be between two furnished apt operating in the same building.
