I needed help and received awesome professional service from Carrie Penney. I was very happy with the excellent service I was provided.
No return calls, no communication, just very very poor customer service.
They took my money for PT boards, rescinded my candidacy in error, then failed to answer the phone for 2 months. I had to pay hundreds of extra dollars to get certified elsewhere and transfer to Illinois by reciprocity. They deserve a class action lawsuit and to lose their contract with the state of Illinois
Poor service. You go straight to voicemail every time and e-mails do not receive response.
